Our professionals are organized into specialty studios, consisting of Architects, Engineers, Planners & Designers and CADD Operators etc. Each of these groups’ coordinates with different cells within AEP for specialized inputs to satisfy specific requirements of each project. We maintain the same task force for the duration of any project. This ensures high levels of co-ordination, work quality and services for our clients. Leaders of different project teams periodically meet their counterparts in the other design disciplines to review the output. Principals of the firm are always kept informed of the status of projects by the chief of each discipline through reports and meetings. Whether the project is large or small our professionals – from principals to Junior Engineers are committed to provide assured quality in our design.
We plan our work before we begin, and communicate with our clients throughout. In addition to Monthly Status Reports, we cover administrative procedures, important issues relating to the project and our recommendations for implementation. Our Management goals are

Our design process begins with the definition and understanding of project objectives and parameters. Innovative response to this is the key to our goal of producing creative designs. Our creative process is synergetic, involving team members from different disciplines right from the kick – off meeting. Alternative schematic designs are discussed and evaluated at in-house design review meetings and with clients.
